All bookings directly through our website and over the phone with our customer service team do not incur a fulfilment fee – the price you see, is the price you pay! Bookings through our official hospitality partner Seat Unique have a fulfilment / booking fee applied. All bookings are made in accordance with our terms and conditions of entry.
As standard, your pack(s) will be ready to collect from the racecourse office within 14 days.
However, if you choose Post to my address, we’ll send your membership pack(s) direct to your home address within 5 working days.
Membership packs will be available from 1 December 2025 onwards. Any memberships reserved before this date will be processed starting 1 December 2025.
